Wedding Fashion and Bells To I Do To.

I received an email over the weekend from a friend asking for help, putting together a look for a wedding she’ll be attending before the end of the month. Whoa.  The wedding season begins earlier and lasts longer with each passing year and the hunt for looks to wear makes us becomes more creative. A two-piece look instead of just a dress, a jumpsuit instead of a maxi, a short embellished dress to a black-tie wedding. Why not?

Unless the bride and groom are issuing uniforms to their guests you are allowed to wear something that makes you comfortable, sexy and stand out in your won unique way, if you prefer.

Now my friend is a young mother of a baby boy who has just embraced the pixie haircut. This will be a caribbean, destination wedding she’ll be attending, so the cost of the dress has to be as low as possible.

I know she looks great in one-shoulder numbers and she isn’t afraid to be a bit sexy. I’ve selected a few that could work for a caribbean setting, yet still be wearable for another wedding or an event within the year.
